1. Landscape Design-Build Lead Installation Specialist

Role: Lead the installation of high-end, sustainable landscapes from concept to completion.
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute hardscape and softscape installations

  • Manage project timelines, crews, and materials

  • Ensure quality craftsmanship and ecological sustainability

  • Work directly with designers, artists and clients to bring visions to life

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in landscape construction or installation

  • Experience with stonework, grading, plantings, and site prep

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

  • An understanding of sustainable landscape design

2. Landscape Design-Build Installation Specialist

Role: Assist in the installation of creative, ecologically responsible landscapes + hardscapes.
Responsibilities:

  • Work with a team to install stonework, planting beds, and outdoor structures

  • Operate landscape tools and equipment safely and efficiently

  • Follow design plans to ensure proper execution

  • Maintain a clean and organized job site and the ability to work alone or with a team

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in landscape installation or construction

  • Willingness to learn and grow within a team

  • Interest in native plants, sustainability, and craftsmanship

3. Construction Specialists and/or collaborators

Role: Build and install outdoor features - like waterfeatures, furniture, retaining walls, pergolas, patios and stonework.
Responsibilities:

  • Construct patios, decks, fences, and custom outdoor elements

  • Read blueprints and collaborate with designers on execution

  • Operate tools and machinery safely

  • Ensure structural integrity and craftsmanship

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in construction, carpentry, or hardscaping

  • Experience with wood, stone, and masonry

  • Attention to detail and ability to work in all weather conditions

4. Horticultural Care Specialist

Role: Maintain and enhance gardens using ecological and regenerative techniques.
Responsibilities:

  • Seasonal care for native and ornamental plantings

  • Soil health management and organic pest control

  • Pruning, mulching, and general landscape maintenance

  • Educate clients on proper plant care

Requirements:

  • Background in horticulture, botany, or landscape maintenance

  • Familiarity with ornamental + native plants and sustainable gardening practices

  • Ability to work independently and with a team
